McFadden made light of the predicament singing ‘Sexy And I Know It’
Former Westlife singer Brian McFadden has alarmed fans by sharing a video of his face after he suffered an allergic reaction to a bee sting.
McFadden, 42, shared the short video on Instagram telling his followers that he got “stung by a bee and got an allergic reaction”.
The 42-year-old went on to joke that he was, “Owning the look! Free botox and fillers.”
Lying back on a bed, McFadden’s eyes look puffy and his top lip significantly enlarged.
But that didn’t stop him from singing the LMFAO song Sexy And I Know It.

McFadden, who is now in the duo Boyzlife along with Boyzone’s Keith Duffy after shooting to fame in Westlife, received a raft of comments from worried and amused fans.
Cazsharpe1972 commented: “Oh my goodness!!” while angiesmith1968 wrote: “Omg hope your ok..jeez Louise. X” A
Charliewilliams joked that “some girls pay a lot of money for that treatment.”
Other fans at first thought McFadden was using a filter, including susanitabonjovi, who gasped: “I thought it was a filter.”
The pop star later added a timeline showing the sting taking effect. “The time line of the sting to reaction. Still goin,” he said.
In the last photo he gave a brave thumbs-up for the camera.

On McFadden’s Instagram story he re-posted a video shared by his friend Brian Ormond, which shows the singer in the back of a car giggling shortly after the incident. McFadden is singing a hit from his former band I’m Never Gonna Say Goodbye.
Writing on top of the clip, Ormond explained the pair were making their way to the doctor: “En route to the doctor with @brainmcfadden [bee emoji] sting”.
The incident comes after McFadden opened up on his regrets over missing moments in his children’s younger years.
He shares Molly, 20, and Lilly-Sue, 19, with his Atomic Kitten ex Kerry Katona, who he split up from in 2006.
He has since moved on with PE teacher Danielle Parkinson, who he proposed to in December 2019, and together they welcomed a daughter in May last year.
