The latest Black Mirror offering is now live on Netflix.

Bandersnatch‘ is an interactive ‘event’ that allows viewers to choose narrative paths over the course of a feature film-length show.

The official synopsis is as follows: “In 1984, a young programmer begins to question reality as he adapts a sprawling fantasy novel into a video game and soon faces a mind-mangling challenge. Welcome back.”

A lot of bragging has gone on about the concept, see “a trillion unique permutations of the story” in Variety, but it looks like there are five main possible endings to the show, with slightly different tweaks. Netflix confirmed that.

It’s possible to make it all the way through the show in around 40 minutes, without returning to experience alternate endings, but the average run time is 90 minutes.

The trailer dropped for the show earlier this week.

Over the pounding soundtrack of Frankie Goes To Hollywood’s iconic ‘Relax’, we see a young man join a gaming company, offered drugs, and before long we get something that seems to be somewhere in between David Cronenberg’s techno-horror Videodrome and David Fincher’s psychological thriller The Game.

Let us know which ending you reach.
