If you spent your childhood watching Nickelodeon instead of doing your homework, this will feel like the holy grail of movies.
Napoleon Dynamite director Jared Hess is on board for what has been described as 'an original narrative that sounds like Paramount’s answer to Who Framed Roger Rabbit.'
We hope more is better and it's a step up on Rugrats in Paris, which, while relatively accomplished, really could have done with more obscure references and narrative non sequiturs.
