Terms and Conditions: Guinness Six Nations

Prize details: 2x pairs of 2x tickets England vs Ireland – Guinness Six Nations 2020, Twickenham Stadium, London, United Kingdom on Sunday 23 February 2020 at 15:00. Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the competition on Twitter entrants, need to comment on the competition post and name the player of the match posted by @JOE_co_uk, on Instagram entrants must like the competition post and name the player of the match
2. Entrants must follow either the @JOE_co_uk on Twitter or @RugbyJOE on Instagram
3. The competition opens at 10am on 20.02.2020 and closes at 12pm on 20.02.2020 (GMT).
4. 2x Winners will be chosen
5. Each winner will win 2x General Admission tickets for themselves and one guest.
6. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. Only one entry is permitted per household via online route of entry, and no bulk or third-party entries are permitted.
9. Winner(s) will be selected by an independent adjudicator who will select winners at random.
10. The winners will be notified by JOE Media through Twitter/Instagram direct message after the competition closes. JOE Media will ask for the winner’s first and last name, confirmation of age, telephone number and e-mail address
11. By entering this competition, you are giving JOE Media, Six Nations and Guinness consent to contact you (for the purpose of the competition)
12. JOE Media will contact the winner with a deadline for responding with information. If the original winner cannot be contacted within 1 hour from the first correspondence, JOE Media will reallocate their prize to an alternative winner selected at the same time and by the same means as the original.
13. The winner must be available on the date of the game (23^rd February 2020)
14. The winner(s)are responsible for organising and covering the cost of their own transport and accommodation to and from the match fixture. These costs will not be covered by JOE Media or their relevant partners
15. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
16. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferrable.
17. The entrants need to be a UK resident.
18. The competition is open to all UK residents except JOE Media employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
19. The winner must have submitted their entry themselves.
20. JOE Media and any associated promoters, bear no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged, incomplete or received after the closing time.
21. We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant whose entry we believe be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
22. Names and cities of residence of the prize winner(s) will be available on request.

23. All entrants to competitions are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
24. This competition is run through JOE Media only and it is not sponsored by any social media platforms.
25. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
