You'll quite literally never see a faster emotional decline.

From utter confidence to humiliated despair all in the space of 20 seconds. Steve McClaren was covering England's round of 16 tie with Iceland for Sky Sports News on Monday night and he was the least concerned Englishman when Iceland netted their equaliser shortly after a Wayne Rooney penalty. It was almost smug. It was definitely dismissive. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZ7rXwLBapg The former England boss was just explaining how Roy Hodgson's side was about to start dominating again and would go on to trounce Iceland. He said: "You'd think 'no problem, start again, keep dominating, keep getting pressure on the Iceland back four.' "The only thing they've got is the big boy up front, Sigthorsson....... oh my word." If England fans weren't wiping tears from their eyes, they'd probably find it hilarious.
