McGregor then called for his share of the UFC.
The Thrill and the Agony provides a superb insight to the night UFC history was made by The Notorious and his team. It also features some great behind-the-scenes glimpses of other big fights on the bill.
We get to see Miesha Tate call time on her career, Khabib Nurmagomedov trash-talking to UFC president Dana White and Chris Weidman's corner react to their guy's brutal knock-out against Yoel Romero.
There is a nice interaction between McGregor and Kavanagh straight after the fight. We know, from Kavanagh's MMA Hour interview, that he said, "You did it. Two-weight world champion," to McGregor. As he beheld the image of himself with a gold belt draped over each shoulder, The Notorious declared:
"Oh, that looks good. Look at that coach. It looks right."
