West Ham United are in the middle of an attacking crisis at the moment.

Andy Carroll missed the victory over Bournemouth after suffering an injury less than 72 hours before the game.

Record signing Andre Ayew is out until December after limping off on his debut, while Diafra Sakho may still leave this summer and is some way off match fitness regardless.

In addition, Dimitri Payet, Manuel Lanzini and Sofiane Feghouli all sat out Sunday’s game.

Never mind that he’s an accomplished player with three Serie A seasons under his belt. The first rule of the internet is that one stupid thing trumps anything good you ever achieve.
