In truth, it's the kind of question you'd expect their manager to face at least a few times ahead of a new season. Sure enough, as Jürgen Klopp faced questions from reporters during a press conference over in Hong Kong, he was asked such a question by the BBC's Ian Stringer. "I think the rules are: all teams are allowed to win the Premier League, right?" Klopp grinned. "Obviously it seems to be possible." "What gives you that kind of confidence that you believe you can?" asked Stringer. "The rules," Klopp replied. "It's possible. I thought the BBC is the most serious broadcaster of all... did you come from another?"
