Earlier this week, we watched and re-watched the impressive footage of Conor McGregor training with movement guru Ido Portal.
The Notorious is deep in training for his UFC clash with Jose Aldo in December, and enjoyed the mesmeric session at coach John Kavanagh's Straight Blast Gym.
