The Soccer Saturday host couldn't contain his excitement when his beloved Hartlepool side took the lead in their third round tie with Derby... His reaction to the news that his team had taken the lead was enough to get his name trending across the UK, but unfortunately for Jeff, his joy was short-lived. Derby cancelled out their opener six minutes later before scoring a winner five minutes from time. There's always next year, Jeff.
