Cesc Fabregas and Hector Bellerin have both swapped Catalonia for North London, and it seems that they may have unearthed another star in the form of Jon Toral. The Spanish midfielder is currently on loan at Birmingham City, and he has impressed with a series of strong performances in the Championship.
