USA SOCCER GUY: Manchester derby pregame preview

Just outside London, England, lies the city of Manchester.

And while it's still probably way more famous for the music of the Beatles, Manchester's two soccer franchises are so awesome that nobody in the city even cares about Lennon, McCarthy, Jagger and the other guy. Both franchises go head to head this weekend at the Old Trafford Center, knowing that a win will see the other franchise lose. This week's been kinda hard for both franchises, too. Man Unity headed to Russia after beating the Soccer Candies last weekend. Although they returned from Russia with a tie point, a overtime goalshot from Kevin the Brain saw Man City Franchise Club beat EPL Spain franchise Severe 2 to 1. Coach San Pellegrino's guys head into the Old Trafford Center with a whole bunch of guys hurt. Agwearo will be replaced by Welfried Boner as the vistors hope to go get some goalshots. With the Argentine guy missing, Coach Pellegrino will be hoping his Boner can rise to the occassion. As for the Unity, Biggie Smalling continues to do real great in deefense after years of being kinda lame. Matteo Damon is expected to come back in to the team after being told to sit in the subshack for their Euro Soccer Cup tie. After being badder at soccer than a real small kid who can't spel or do grammar good when they try writing a letter to their mom, Memphis the Pie is also gonna spend some more time in the subshack. Manchester home town boy Dwayne Rooney may have also sucked at soccer lately, but it is expected that he will be higher than Marijuana Felony when it comes to getting a start on the soccer field. With the eyes of the soccer world looking right at MLS on Sunday, let's hope that some of people don't forget this soccer game too.
