Two Marseille players score wonder-strikes in new manager’s first game

After two defeats from their first two Ligue 1 matches, Marseille desperately needed to get off the mark in their home game against Troyes.

It seems merely winning wasn’t enough, though. New manager Michel took charge of his first game, and the players were clearly keen to impress.

Marseille ran out 6-0 winners, and a couple of their new signings made a big impression with some pretty stunning goals.

Former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Lassana Diarra scored his first goal since September 2013 in some style.

Then Lucas Ocampos, a multi-million pound signing from Monaco, decided to get in on the act too.

Talk about an instant impact.

If the new boss expects quality like this every week he might end up disappointed.
