England manager Roy Hodgson and captain Wayne Rooney issued an appeal following the altercations between fans in Marseille, calling for England supporters to stay out of trouble.
Booth's father has pledged to "fight" the ruling, according to The Independent, after the 20-year-old apologised to the court in Marseille for his actions.
Alcohol has already been banned from parts of France for the duration of the tournament, while Eurostar has imposed restrictions for fans travelling on selected trains from England to France.
