Well this certainly makes a refreshing change.

On Monday, Kasımpaşa and Rizespor played out a 1-1 draw in Turkey's Süper Lig. Kasımpaşa took the lead, with Rizespor equalising via a contentious penalty. Referee Deniz Çoban mistakenly awarded the spot-kick following a blatant dive by the away side's Kweuke... https://twitter.com/Football4Trolls/status/648609894011006976 But rather than taking a vow of silence following the game, Çoban interrupted Kasımpaşa manager Rıza Çalımbay’s post-match interview to apologise for his decision live on air... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbwoEC3UODI According to Turkish Football, a rough translation of the exchange is as follows:
Çoban: "I apologise to you [Çalımbay], to the Kasımpaşa team to the Rizespor team and to the Turkish Football Federation as well as the refereeing committee and have to consider my future after this."  Çalımbay: "We all make mistakes but the fact that you had the courage to come here and admit this deserves a lot of respect. Do not talk about leaving the profession the game needs more people like you."
Can you imagine a similar chat between Mike Dean and Arsene Wenger? No, us neither.
