It must be a dream come true for Marcus Rashford to play for his boyhood club.

The 18-year-old striker has been a sensation since breaking through into the Manchester United first team and cemented his status as a terrace hero with some crucial goals.

The Wythenshaw teenager has been breaking records and banging in the goals left, right and centre – scoring 12 in 26 games, more than Messi, Ronaldo and Sergio Aguero at that stage in their career.

Rashford-Zlatan

Despite his deadly form in front of goal, he’s had to bid his time under Jose Mourinho who has deployed him more as an impact player from the bench.

Rashford said recently in an interview with The Sun that he’s dying for a regular starting place and he’s been working hard in training to impress new boss Mourinho.

So you can’t help wonder how the livewire striker would set up the United side if he was in Mourinho’s position.

We got an insight on how Rashford would forge his Red Devils team when he challenged YouTuber Spencer FC to a game on the new FIFA 17.

The youngster made some big calls too, playing a 4-4-1-1 formation, with himself starting up top.

Wayne Rooney, who Rashford said had helped him cope with his first team breakthrough, was given a starting place again, sitting alongside Paul Pogba in the middle with Zlatan Ibrahimovic just in front.

Anthony Martial was played on the left with new signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan on the opposite flank.

He played a back four of Luke Shaw, Chris Smalling, Eric Bailly and Antonio Valencia in front of David de Gea in goal. Daley Blind, Juan Mata and Ander Herrera were all benched by Rashford, who lost the game 2-0.
