ThinkMarkets Terms and Conditions Prize details: 2x ringside tickets to Amir Khan vs Samuel Vargas at the Arena Birmingham on September 8. There will be one winner selected.
  1. To enter the competition, entrants needs to retweet the tweet.
  2. The competition opens at 15:00 on 5 September 2018 and closes at 15:00 on 6 September 2018 (GMT).
  3. One winner will be chosen.
  4. The winner will win 2 tickets for themselves and a guest.
  5. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
  6. No purchase is necessary.
  7. Only one entry is permitted per household via online route of entry, and no bulk or third-party entries are permitted.
  8. Winner will be selected by an independent adjudicator who will select winners at random.
  9. The winner will be notified by JOE Media through a Twitter direct message after the competition closes. JOE Media will ask for the winner’s first and last name, confirmation of age, telephone number and email address.
  10. By entering this competition, you are giving JOE Media and ThinkMarkets consent to contact you (for the purpose of the competition)
  11. JOE Media will contact the winner with a deadline for responding with information. If the original winner cannot be contacted within 1 hour from the first correspondence, JOE Media/Think/Markets will reallocate their prize to an alternative winner selected at the same time and by the same means as the original.
  12. The winner must be available on the date of the fight (8 September).
  13. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  14. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferrable.
  15. The entrants need to be a UK resident.
  16. The competition is open to all UK residents except JOE Media employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
  17. The winner must have submitted their entry themselves.
  18. JOE Media and any associated promoters, bear no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged, incomplete or received after the closing time.
  19. The winner is responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs (if applicable) for attending.
  20. We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant whose entry we believe be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  21. Names and cities of residence of the prize winner will be available on request.
  22. The winner must not be subject to a banning order or banned from any sports events.
  23. All entrants to competitions are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
  24. This competition is run through JOE Media only and it is not sponsored by any social media platforms.
  25. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
