With the Rugby World Cup almost upon us, teams are stepping up their preparations as they look to get their hands on the William Webb Ellis trophy.

After narrowly missing out on a Six Nations championship this year, the Welsh team have been getting ready for a World Cup in which they face hosts England and southern hemisphere champs Australia. British and Irish Lion winger George North described the training regime, "The pre-tournament training camp was brutal, a real test for the human body and for the whole Wales squad. "It was really intense, we were 2,000 metres above sea level too, so the altitude meant an extra drain on body.
