Guidolin will miss his side's Premier League clash against Arsenal after being brought to hospital with a chest infection. The Italian boss has been referred to a respiratory specialist in London.
The club told the BBC that the 60-year-old is in a "comfortable position" and is expected to make a full recovery in the coming days."The specialist felt the best course of action was for Guidolin to remain in hospital for a few days to receive further treatment."Swansea City coach Alan Curtis will take charge of the side in Guidolin's absence in the crucial tie. Before kick-off the Swans lie in 16th place, just three points clear of the relegation spots.
