"I spoke with him this morning," the Argentine said. "He is much better today but it is always difficult with this type of injury. I only give my support and wish him a speedy recovery, but now he must only think about the recovery."
Pochettino admitted that Shaw was understandably very upset about his injury.
"Always it is difficult, he was crying. It's normal, you can understand after the big injury that was yesterday - not only because of the pain but everything around it."
