Watford have a new manager. Javi Gracia has replaced Marco Silva, who was surprisingly sacked on Sunday following a poor run of form and after he failed to hide his desire to leave for Everton earlier this season. Grarcia has previously coached Osasuna, Malaga and Rubin Kazan, but not many football fans in this part of the world will be familiar with his work.
