Rugby league team’s RNLI charity shirts are a sight to behold

Super League outfit Hull Kingston Rovers found a fantastic way to draw attention to their latest charity appeal.

The rugby league team set out to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI) during their match against Leeds Rhinos, and introduced a special limited jersey for the occasion. Hull KR players gave the shirt an on-pitch outing against Leeds, while fans have been able to buy the lifejacket-inspired design - as well as similarly-themed training gear - in order to raise money for charity. "Men account for more than two thirds of coastal deaths and so having a club like Hull KR supporting our campaign and helping spread our safety messages can make a massive difference," Hagan said.
