Morgan appeared on BBC Radio 5 live to discuss the weekend's FA Cup action.
Arsenal won their 13th FA Cup game in a row - a run that extends back to February 2013 - with a 3-1 defeat of Sunderland, while Tottenham needed a controversial late penalty to force a replay with Leicester City.
Despite this, Morgan appeared to suggest that the Gunners should try to be more like their North London neighbours.
