NFL player taunts opponents as he scores a touchdown…with his team losing by 35 points

Kevin Beirne

The NFL is finally back and has brought with it the ridiculous bravado that only American football players seem to possess.

No one summed up this self-confident delusion better than Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight-end Austin Seferian-Jenkins, who high-stepped his way to the end zone to score his second touchdown of the day against the Tennessee Titans.

The only problem? The Bucs – who finished dead last in the league in 2014 – were down by 35 points at the time and went on to lose the game 42-14.

While we’re all for celebrating a score, maybe you should think a little bit more about how the game has gone so far before taunting the opposition.
