Another day, another heartbreak for Newcastle United fans
Rafa Benitez’s departure from Newcastle United was confirmed last week after the club and its manager failed to agree terms to an extension on his contract.
A much-loved figure credited with bringing the love back to the long-suffering Newcastle fanbase, the Spanish manager departs the Tyneside club after just over three years.
After his departure and subsequent decision to join Chinese Super League side Dalian Yifang on a £12 million-per-year deal, we sat down with two Newcastle fans to discuss his time at the club and his impact on the city.
