You can download it for free here - providing you have a Gmail account, you can add it to your email, and it should ping 30 minutes before kick off for every match (UK time) with a reminder of who's playing and what channel in the UK the match is on.
Once you've added our calendar to your email, you can even sync it to your phone and have all the information you need, right in your pocket.
