Memphis Depay will have better games for Manchester United.

The 21-year-old failed to build on a starring performance against Club Brugge, where he scored twice, putting in a lacklustre display yesterday against Newcastle United. Despite a promising start, United were unable to (legitimately) find the net and the goalless draw meant they lost their 100% start to the season. Wayne Rooney came in for criticism, again, but Depay lost the ball a staggering 35 times - more than any other player in the Premier League this season. The winger lost the ball on average once every three minutes, and beats Dimitri Payet and Robbie Brady to the unwanted record.
