Manchester United could soon have Tinder's logo on their jersey. For the upcoming season, Premier League clubs can sport a sleeve sponsorship on their jerseys. United's rivals Manchester City are one of the nine clubs to have already signed up a sleeve sponsor, with Nexen Tire paying a reported £10m for the privilege. According to the Daily Mail, dating app Tinder are in talks with United about becoming their sleeve sponsor, and are said to be prepared to offer £12m a year to make it happen. The sleeve sponsorship slot is reportedly valued at around 20 percent of a club's main shirt sponsor. Chevrolet pay United £50m a year to sponsor their jersey. According to the report, Tinder has over 50 million users a day, but is seeking a "more mainstream image and global following" and naturally thought of United.
