Modern football, in case you weren't already aware, can be a bit of an embarrassment.

Only recently we showed you how one Liverpool supporter had launched an impassioned argument against the gentrification of the sport. Speaking critically of a number of things - from corporate boxes to selfie stick-wielding 'fans' - the video of the man seemed to really strike a chord with many. If, like the man in the video, you're growing tired of the way the game is going, you're almost certainly guaranteed to hate what happened prior to kick off at the Etihad on Tuesday evening.
