Yet again, Manchester United's football was far from impressive as they played Sheffield United in their FA Cup third round tie.

With a distinct lack of goal threat, Memphis Depay entered the field of play with an hour played. Minutes later, the Dutchman attempted a shot from distance which sailed narrowly wide. Incredibly, the shot was greeted by ironic cheers from the United faithful, frustrated at another drab performance. https://twitter.com/MemfisDepay/status/685899992905703425 Fortunately for United, the Dutchman won a stoppage time penalty which Wayne Rooney managed to tuck away. Despite another poor display, they somehow managed to book their place in the next round.
