"When you score a lot of goals, you are always a potential candidate for clubs," the Dutchman continued.
"Football is like that. When you look at scoring goals and making assists, he (Lukaku) does that at the highest level in the Premier League."
"But I think every club in the world is comparing strikers."
Earlier this week, Lukaku's father said his son was "ready" for a move.
"I see that there is interest from Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Chelsea and Manchester United," Roger Lukaku said.
While Lukaku's agent Mino Raiola said in the past that if the Belgian striker had have been his client when he left Chelsea in 2014, he wouldn't have ended up at Everton.
