A great night of fighting was almost marred by loutish behaviour from a select group of fans.

However, the flyweight star admitted he wasn't particularly bothered by this reaction from the fans.

"You have to expect a lot of backlash with things like that. I was kind of expecting it. It wasn't that bad to be honest. It's a thing I was prepared for. Of course, someone's going to get mad if you beat their hometown boy." "It would be the same if we fought in Hawaii and he beat me.
