Lionel Messi's arrival at Inter Miami has shocked the world after he was formally unveiled by the club on Saturday night.
Inter Miami released a video of Messi in his new colours for the first time after he left Paris Saint-Germain at the end of last season.
The Barcelona legend will be introduced to fans during an event in Fort Lauderdale on Sunday and could make his debut for his new side against Cruz Azul on Friday.
While many may be happy with the move, one side who could be dealt a major blow is Premier League newcomers Luton Town.
According to The Sun, the Hatters are interested in making Inter Miami forward Josef Martinez their club record signing this summer.
Martinez is reportedly valued at around £10m by the MLS side and any deal would be a club-record fee for Luton. The Venezuelan has goalscoring pedigree and became the fastest player to reach a century goals in the league, taking 125 games to do so.
However given the arrival of Messi, Martinez may no longer see a move to England's top flight as a viable option given he now has the chance to play alongside one of the greatest players of all time.
Luton have so far made three signings, bringing in Chiedozie Ogbene, Mads Andersen and Tahith Chong and are also hoping to add Manchester United goalkeeper Tom Heaton to their ranks.
