The headquarters of sports research team Kipsta has 20 indoor and outdoor pitches for a variety of sports including football, futsal, basketball and rugby.
It is located near Roubaix in France, and offers itself up to sports clubs and individual teams as a place to carry out experimental work and more regular training sessions.
