Ah banter. 'Tis the bridge of mirth that doth transcend distance and span oceans.

By now, you'll have read half of Steven Gerrard's book via news stories and serialisations. Few can doubt that there's been some very juicy revelations to come out of the tome. That didn't stop his former teammate and good friend Jamie Carragher from mocking his pal's literary efforts via his Instagram account. Turns out 'My Snorey' is quite the sedative in the Carragher household...

James has been struggling to sleep of late.....only one thing to cure that!
