Is this Brazilian the coolest goalkeeper in the world? (Video)

We're very im-prassed...

The position of goalkeeper isn’t always the coolest.

Sure, you get the chance to pull off a great save every so often, but that’s far outweighed by the fact that you’re blamed for every little mistake, and spend most of the game with nothing to do but prowl your goal line.

So when you get the chance to show that you’re a cool customer with a few skills to boot, you’re gonna grab it with both gloves. Take Palmeiras’ veteran goalkeeper Fernando Prass as a perfect example.

During his side’s Brazilian Cup game with Internacional on Wednesday night, the 37-year-old collected a backpass with opposing player Valdívia haring towards him to steal the ball.

But instead of panicking about a man almost half his age approaching with indecent haste, the keeper beautifully dummied the 20-year-old youngster and left him sliding away in his wake…

It was such a cool move that the Palmeiras fans had a little fun about the hapless Valdívia being turned so emphatically…
