What the fuck happened to Netflix and Chill?
It seems couples are actually just meeting up to watch shows together and not actually getting down to the old 'and chill' bit.
Boxsets like Game of Thrones (which lets be fair is bloody gripping) are making us all have less sex than we used to, according to the
Telegraph.
A Cambridge University statistician has corroborated the theory with numbers too, showing that all this 24-hour entertainment and internet connectivity is getting in the way of our sex lives.
Prof David Spiegelhalter, the Winton Professor of the Public Understanding of RiskBack, explained that back in 1990 couples had sex five times a month.
But over the past 20 years this has seen a serious decline of around 40 per cent, with people now only doing it three times a month.
“How many times have you had sex in the last four weeks? Prof Speigelhalter said, speaking at the Hay Festival.

"You can start seeing the changes in society. People are having less sex.
"Sexually active couples between 16 and 64 were asked and the median was five times in the last month in 1990, then four times in 2000 and three times in 2010.
“At this rate by 2030 couples are not going to be having any sex at all" he quipped. "Which is a very worrying trend!"
Statisticians are scratching their heads over the drastic drop in sexual activity, but Prof Speigelhalter has a pretty interesting theory.
“One of the researchers mentioned the word iPad. I think it’s the box set, Netflix. OMG I’ve got to watch the entire second series of Game of Thrones," he joked.
“The point is that this massive connectivity, the constant checking of our phones compared to just a few years ago when TV closed down at 10.30pm or whatever and there was nothing else to do.
"Even power cuts which helps. Now people are having less sex and it’s true.”
Well, if mankind goes extinct like a bunch of frigid pandas, we'll be getting HBO on the phone and having words....after we've finished GoT, obviously.
