It takes more than a dodgy shoulder to keep this man down
As Mo Salah collapsed to the floor in the Champions League final, clutching his shoulder, half of Liverpool and all of Egypt held their breath. Salah carries the burden of being Liverpool's main goal threat and Egypt's star player too.
It was the worst possible moment for him to get injured - not only did he have to come off during the final, but there were fears he would not make it back in time to play for Egypt in their first World Cup since 1990.
But Egypt (and Liverpool) fans need not panic any longer, as Salah himself has confirmed that he will be fit to play in Egypt's opening group game against Uruguay.

If Egypt make it out of Group A in second place, which shouldn't be too much to ask, they will likely come up against Spain in the round of 16. And you know what that means, don't you? It means the other nine Egyptian players kicking lumps out of Sergio Ramos in a quest for revenge for what happened in Kiev. It also means Ramos will score a late winner to crush Egyptian dreams, because that's just what he does.
