Félix joined the Blues on a loan deal until the end of the season but Atlético Madrid are wanting to recoup as much of the £113m they spent on the Portugal international as possible.
Graham Potter are hoping that by including Mount, they can bring the price down, however Atlético CEO Miguel Angel Gil Marin has reportedly made it clear that they are only interested in a straight cash offer.
Chelsea's captain Cesar Azpilicueta hailed the introduction of Félix to the side and the impact he has had on the squad.
