The 4-1 defeat to Crystal Palace on Saturday has proved to be the final straw
Claude Puel has been sacked as manager of Leicester City following the club's dismal run of form.
Puel has won just four of his 13 games at home this season - losing seven - and the Foxes have lost their last four home fixtures in a row.
Crystal Palace were the latest team to run riot at the King Power Stadium on Saturday, taking all three points in a suprising 4-1 victory thanks to a Wilfried Zaha brace.
Leicester currently sit fairly comfortably in 12th position in the Premier League table, but have not won a game since they beat Everton 1-0 at Goodison Park on January 1st.
The 57-year-old took charge in the East Midlands in October last year, replacing Craig Shakespeare, after a disappointing season in charge of Southampton cost him his job on the south coast.
Puel took charge of 56 Premier League matches, winning 19 and losing 24 (a win ratio of 33.9%) and was often criticised by supporters for his negative and cautious style of play.
