In the 89th minute of Wednesday's league game between third-tier Spanish sides Zamora and Deportivo, fans flooded the barrier after the goalscorer began celebrating near them. Paramedics in Zamora were quick to the scene, reports the Mail Online. A broken ankle and a knee injury were among the injuries, but none were reported to be life-threatening or particularly serious. The game did continue after it was confirmed there were no serious injuries. A spokesperson for Zamora said an internal investigation is underway, adding: "Zamora FC regrets the injuries suffered by the Deportivo de la Coruna supporters after the incident involving a barrier at our stadium during the goal celebration.
