Floyd Mayweather reveals he was offered an astonishing amount of money to return to boxing

It appears as though it's going to take a ginormous payday to entice Floyd Mayweather back into the ring.

The 49-0 pugilist vacated his belts following his unanimous decision win over Andre Berto in November 2015 and has since maintained that he has hung up his gloves for good. He explained to BBC that promoters have been throwing money at him in order to convince him to return to the ring, but to no avail.

With that in mind, it's unlikely a measly nine-figure purse will get him back into the ring. Plus he has that small matter of raising a family to deal with.
