Fans concerned about Conor McGregor as he swigs whiskey and waves around $100 bills

McGregor was in the US watching Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia before heading to the casino and documenting his trip with the caption of his post saying: "Gambling in Las Vegas, Nevada. One of life’s great pleasures."

The Irishman hasn't fought since July, 2021 and is set to make his long-awaited return to the Octagon this year when he takes on Michael Chandler, however no date has been set as of yet.

Back in March, McGregor told Ariel Helwani's MMA Hour that he still wants to fight in the UFC.

He said: "I’ve got two fights left on my contract, and, you know, I hope we can continue.

"I want to be in the UFC... My highlight reel is in the UFC!"

But some fans are concerned about his well-being, with one fan saying: "No way this dude is fighting Chandler."

Another commented: "Hopefully this guy doesn’t go broke."

"Pleasures are inside the gym, how about you hit the gym sometimes there is no joy in gambling."
