Everton were forced to delete a post of their pre-season training footage after they accidentally appeared to reveal a new signing.
In the video, Sean Dyche's squad can be seen being put through their paces however a conversation in the background of the video has seemingly revealed one of the Toffees' potential summer signings.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, one of the coaches can allegedly be heard saying: "We've got Jonny Evans coming in."
Evans was a part of the Leicester City squad who suffered relegation to the Championship but injuries restricted his involvement, with the 35-year-old making just 14 appearances in all competitions.
The Northern Ireland international's contract has technically ran out at Leicester but the Foxes have reportedly put an offer on the table for the club captain to extend his stay in the East Midlands.
If the supposed claim is true and Evans does join, he'd be Dyche's second signing of the summer after they recently confirmed the arrival of Ashley Young after the experienced star left Aston Villa at the end of last season.
Last season Everton stayed up on the final day of the Premier League season despite scoring just 34 goals across the entire campaign and are in desperate need of recruitment in the attacking department, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin their only recognised senior striker after Ellis Simms recently left to join Coventry City.
