More worry for Chelsea as reports emerge of training ground bust up

Bust-up

Darragh Murphy

It seems that Jose Mourinho forgot to bring the negative attitude at Chelsea with him when he left.

Reports emerged on Thursday evening from Cobham that clashing team-mates had to be separated earlier that day.

Diego Costa and Oscar allegedly squared up to one another after Oscar was overly aggressive in a tackle on the controversial striker who is not known to back down from a challenge.

The pair are believed to have squared up to one another before other team-mates rushed to separate the Brazilians.

A source told The Telegraph: “Oscar’s challenge was outrageous, it was straight into the knee of Costa and could have done him some real damage. That sparked a brawl between them and the other players had to stop it.”

Hiddink is not said to be too concerned about the coming-together and was quick to dispel all talk of the incident immediately afterwards as it was, understandably, the talk of the changing room.

Oscar has since taken to Twitter to quell the speculation.
