Didi Hamann isn’t convinced by Manchester United goalkeeper

With a couple of clean sheets in both of his outings for Manchester United, Sergio Romero has made a perfect start to his Old Trafford career.

With David De Gea's transfer situation yet to be resolved, the Argentine looks set to continue as United's number one until the end of the transfer window at least. It'd be fair to say not many football fans believed Romero was capable of replacing De Gea, and it's still a tough task. However, few were unconvinced by the 'keeper for the same reason as Didi Hamann. The former Liverpool midfielder thinks Romero isn't up to the task because he's Argentinian. Yep - purely because of the country he was born in.  Admittedly, the country that has given us Maradonna, Messi and more has not been matched in the quality department between the sticks, but surely it shouldn't be a reason to completely write the bloke off. https://youtu.be/fk7zmaXfu9Q
