David Beckham is reportedly lining up Cristiano Ronaldo for his Miami team

Simon Lloyd

Where will Cristiano Ronaldo end up next? It seems there’s a new rumour pretty much by the day.

One week it’s Paris Saint-Germain, the next it’s a return to Manchester United. Some reports have even linked him with a switch to Barcelona.

Another option for Ronaldo appears to be a move across the Atlantic, to MLS.

His recent purchase of a Manhattan apartment saw some link him with a move to one of the New York teams, but it’s now being suggested that he may choose to team up with David Beckham in Miami.

The former England captain is due to launch his own team in Florida in two years, and The Sun now reckon that Beckham could try and tempt Ronaldo to sign up. The report suggests a two year deal would be offered to the Portuguese international.

Ronaldo, who recently spent part of his Christmas break in Miami, will therefore probably stay put in Europe for the next couple of years. Meaning we can look forward to even more Ronaldo-related transfer speculation for many more weeks to come.
