Conor McGregor's preparations for his huge UFC world title showdown with Jose Aldo appear to be going well.

We've already seen The Notorious working with 'movement maestro' Ido Portal as well as sparring 'The Mountain' Hafthor Bjornsson from Game of Thrones. Snippets of footage keep emerging from McGregor and his SBG camp in Dublin showing how he's honing himself ready for the battle with Aldo on December 12. The latest clip McGregor has uploaded to Instagram gives us a brief glimpse of what he's been working on in sparring. In 15 seconds, the Irishman lands three head kicks in quick succession with deadly accuracy.
