KSI fan hunger strike

KSI was beaten by Tommy Fury via unanimous decision

A KSI super fan has said that he will remain on hunger strike until the Professional Boxing Association reverse the decision on his loss to Tommy Fury.

Fury was announced as the winner in Manchester on Saturday by majority decision after a six-round cruiserweight match, extending his unbeaten record to 10 bouts.

The 24-year-old was initially awarded the fight by two judges, 57-56, but a third judge scored the bout a draw.

Pictures circulating on social media in the hours after the fight showed the third scorecard had been tallied wrong.

The PBA, which oversees many of the influencer boxing fights, then announced that they had changed the judge’s score with Fury now a unanimous winner rather than one by majority decision.

Despite the change in decision, one fan is still outraged by the decision and has now said that he will no longer eat as an act of protest until the PBA change the decision and award KSI the win.

On Monday, he posted to X: “Message to the PBA… I will now go on a hunger strike until you do what’s right and overturn the decision to a KSI win.”

Two days later, the fan posted again to confirm that he was once again starting his hunger strike again, as he ramped up his protests.

He said: “Final message to the PBA… I will now undergo the second round of my hunger strike until you give KSI his win from last Saturday.

“Okay @PBABoxing I have no finished my 1/2 pounder meal with a bottle of Meta Moon Prime I will no longer eat until you give KSI his win.”

KSI suggested after the final bell that the decision was “a robbery” and launched an appeal.

“Robbery, it’s a robbery bro,” he said.

“How many jabs did he land? And he had a point taken off as well. You weren’t landing. Look at your face, look at your eyes. Look at you.

“He is the man who is meant to be a pro boxer and he won a majority decision? It’s outrageous man. The amount of times he hit me in the back of the head. So many times. And the referee only took one point? He kept doing it over and over. I’m sorry, it’s outrageous. We’re going to appeal, I want to appeal. I felt like I won that.”
