Aaron Ramsey knows exactly what Seamus Coleman is going through.

Ramsey horrifically broke his leg in a challenge with Stoke City defender Ryan Shawcross back in 2010 and didn't play for nine months. So he can sympathise with the current plight of Republic of Ireland captain Coleman, whose season was cut short by a sickening broken leg suffered in last month's World Cup Qualifier against Ramsey's Wales. "It's a bad injury but it's one you can definitely come back from," Ramsey told Soccer Saturday. "It takes a lot of hard work and listening to the right people to get you back out on to that pitch. "I contacted him and gave him a little bit of advice, told him what I went through myself and to stick at it. "He will come back from this stronger and I wish him all the best in his recovery. "We don't wish that upon anyway and hopefully he can come back from this stronger, and as quickly as possible."
